Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces and skinned
Preparation
    Combine melted margarine and oil in a shallow baking dish. In separate flat dish, mix together oregano, garlic powder, paprika and bread crumbs.
    Dip chicken pieces in margarine-oil mixture.
    Then roll each piece in seasoned crumbs, coating evenly. Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
