Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
3 large ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Beat well.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with well mashed bananas.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
Cool on rack and wrap. Better if baked day before served.
