Pineapple Melon Cooler(6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cantaloupe
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple, drained or 1 large fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and crushed in blender (drain excess juice)
chilled sparkling water
12 ice cubes
Preparation

Peel and seed cantaloupe; cut into chunks.
Place in blender with pineapple and 12 ice cubes.
Whirl at high speed until smooth.
Fill tall glasses 2/3 full.
Add sparkling water and stir.
Garnish with mint and fresh pineapple spear.
