Mandarin Orange Sweet Potatoes(By Dear Friend Becky Jones) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 peeled, boiled sweet potatoes or 2 cans sweet potatoes
1/4 c. margarine, melted
6 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed firmly
3 Tbsp. dark rum
1/2 tsp. salt
2 small cans mandarin oranges
3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation

Whip together potatoes, 2 tablespoons margarine, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, rum and salt.
Fold in 1 small can drained oranges. Turn into buttered casserole.
Arrange rest of oranges spiral fashion on top.
Combine rest of margarine, sugar and nuts and spread on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
