Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground smoked ham
    1-1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. break crumbs (or 2 c. cracker crumbs)
    1 c. milk
    2 or 3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2-2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    You may have meats ground at meat market.
    To meat mixture add the bread or cracker crumbs, milk, and eggs.
    Mix all ingredients together, and form into loaf. Please in baking dish.
    To make sauce to pour over ham loaf, mix flour, sugar, and mustard. Slowly blend in tomato juice and vinegar, and heat in saucepan until mixture thickens.
    Pour over ham loaf, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1-1/2 hours.
