Chewie Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2-1/4 c. brown sugar (1 lb. box)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. light corn syrup
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy pan, adding sugar and salt, stirring thoroughly.
Add syrup. While stirring well, add milk slowly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to 240 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Add pecans and stir.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Drop onto buttered muffin tins so they will be uniform in size.
