Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 c. self-rising corn meal mix
oil
butter
warm syrup
Preparation

Mix eggs, sour cream and self-rising corn meal mix.
Batter may be thick.
Fry in oil until brown.
These pancakes take longer to fry, brown slowly.
Serve with butter and warm syrup.
Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
