Grannie'S Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 cans beef of consomme soup
    1 can water
    6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper pork chops, then fry them until brown. Saute the onion and pepper.
    In a large casserole dish, well sprayed with Pam, sprinkle the rice, then add the onion and pepper. Pour the soup and water over last.
    Stack pork chops atop this. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
