Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine (at room temperature)
    1/2 lb. grated sharp New York cheese (at room temperature)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream margarine and cheese with electric mixer.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Press dough through cookie press onto cookie sheet.
    Bake about 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes about 75 straws.
