Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 eggs, beat well
2 c. herb stuffing
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. thyme
dash of garlic salt
Preparation

Cook spinach, drain well.
Set aside.
Mix together all ingredients, stir in spinach and cool in refrigerator.
Roll into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 15 minutes.
