Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    8 to 10 Tbsp. rice (white)
    6 to 8 onion slices
    6 to 8 tomato slices
    1 can beef consomm soup
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of a pan or casserole dish. Brown chops and place on top of the rice. Pour soup diluted with 1/2 can of water over it. Add 1/2 can of water to pan that you browned chops in and put over chops. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour. Be sure to cover dish.
