Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender.
Melt butter in 5-quart pan over medium heat. Add onion, salt and pepper.
Cook until onion is tender.
Adjust heat as needed. Add flour and stir until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add potatoes.
Simmer 10 minutes.
