Company Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Cups cooked cubed potatoes
    12 oz. (1 1/2 cups) Sour Cream
    1 1/4 Cups Shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 Cup Shredded Carrot
    1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
    2 tsp. Minced Fresh Parsley
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Dill weed
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Paprika
Preparation
    In bowl combine potatoes, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, carrot, onions and seasonings (except Paprika).
    Top with remaining cheese and Paprika.
    Bake uncovered 350 for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
