Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil in large bowl, mixing oil until light and fluffy.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add to pumpkin mixture a little at a time and mix thoroughly.
    Spread in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
