Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. shrimp in shells
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. thin sliced cauliflower
    1 large onion, thick sliced
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
    1 c. fresh bean sprouts or 8 oz. canned
Preparation
    Slice carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower and onions.
    Shell and devein shrimp.
    Halve shrimp lengthwise.
    Blend cornstarch into chicken broth.
    Add soy sauce and garlic powder.
