Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can shrimp
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in fondue or crock-pot to heat.
    Serve with small pieces of Italian bread.
