Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1 c. Pet milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Boil squash; drain and mash.
Add sugar, milk, cornstarch and egg yolks.
Cook over slow heat, stirring constantly until real thick.
Remove from heat; add flavorings and oleo.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Add meringue.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until stiff.
