Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans crescent rolls
1/4 c. onions
1 c. shredded cheese
1 beaten egg
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
Preparation

Line bottom of pie pan with 1 can crescent rolls.
Brown meat and drain excess fat.
Add soup and onions.
Pour into pie plate. Cover with cheese.
Top with 2nd can crescent rolls.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning and bake an additional 15 minutes.
