Imperial Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    5 Tbsp. mayonnaise (reserve 1 Tbsp.)
    3 eggs, well beaten (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except 1 tablespoon beaten egg. Toss gently. Place in a 1-quart casserole that has been lightly lined with mayonnaise. Combine saved egg with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Pour over mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
