Hot Chicken Salad(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. almonds (chunks better than sliced)
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place cubed chicken in a 10-inch casserole. Combine celery, green pepper and onion in a 2-cup glass measure. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain, if necessary.
