Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions in boiling water, covered, 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain, mash and add butter, eggs, milk, seasoning and sugar.
    Blend well.
    Place in casserole dish; top with cheese and crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
