Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. butter cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole dish, greased. Mix cracker crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over pineapple.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
