Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot pork sausage
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine sausage with cheese.
Mix until well blended. Add biscuit mix and blend thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place 1-inch apart on baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes until nicely browned. Serve hot.
