Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 small carton sour cream
    tortilla chips, crushed
    1 onion, chopped
    Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can diced Ortega chiles
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion;
    add salt, tomato sauce and olives.
    Put layer of crumbled tortilla chips on bottom of greased 9 x 12-inch pan, then layer of meat mixture.
