Apricot Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 egg
    1/3 (1 lb.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except preserves.
    Put in a loaf pan. Spread preserves on top only.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
