Ingredients

2 pkg. apricot jello
2 c. boiling water
3 jars apricot baby food
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve jello with boiling water.
Add apricot baby food and mix well with Cool Whip.
Place in refrigerator until set and very cold.
Before serving, spread Cool Whip on top.
Can also be served by layering jello (after jello is set), fresh peaches and Cool Whip in a brandy snifter.
