Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, quartered
    1 can cream of celery soup
    12 American cheese slices
    Ritz crackers (about 40), crushed
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    cabbage
    in
    boiling
    salted
    water until tender. Drain and chop.
    In buttered baking dish (9 x 13-inch), layer 1/2
    of cabbage, 1/2 of soup and 6 slices of cheese.
    Repeat, ending
    with cheese.
    Toss
    cracker
    crumbs
    with
    butter and spread
    over the top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
