Loose Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped large onion
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    2 ribs chopped celery
    1/2 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 head cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients until meat is brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Add rice.
    Salt and pepper heavily.
    Layer sliced cabbage and meat mixture in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour V-8 juice over top. Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
