Pimiento Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small jar pimiento
1/4 small green pepper
1/4 small onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large red or green pepper to fill with dip (optional)
Preparation

Dice vegetables and process.
Process the two cheeses until fluffy.
Add juice and Worcestershire sauce to cheese.
Pulse in pimiento (drained), pepper and onion.
Serve in a red or green pepper with raw vegetables and crackers.
