Easy Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
chopped ham, cooked bacon or mushrooms
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs.
Add milk.
Add bacon, ham or mushrooms.
Stir in cheese and onion.
Pour into greased or sprayed 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch dish or 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
