Mash Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2 c. minced leeks
    2 c. minced Prosciutto or ham
    2 pkg. drained, chopped frozen spinach
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. hot milk
    Jarlsberg cheese (Swiss)
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes until tender. Remove pulp and reserve in bowl.
    Saute in 1 stick butter the leek and Prosciutto or ham. Cook 5 minutes. Add the spinach and Parmesan cheese.
    Mash potatoes with the 1/2 stick butter, sour cream and hot milk.
    Add leeks mixture, salt and pepper.
    Bake in buttered casserole, covered, for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30 minutes. Top with the Jarlsburg cheese before baking at 350\u00b0.
