Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. onions
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    8 green peppers
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook peppers for 3 minutes, then stuff.
    Cook meat, onions and garlic.
    Add seasoning and soup; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add cheese and rice.
    Bake for about 30 minutes.
