Green Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green tomatoes, cored and cut up
    1/2 lb. cabbage, chopped
    3 green bell peppers, chopped
    2 red bell peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pickling salt
    1-1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
    1-1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Sprinkle with pickling salt, stir well. Cover and chill overnight. Rinse well in colander under running water.
