Chicken And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boned chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium carrot, sliced
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    6 c. water
    2 potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Simmer chicken, onion, carrot, herbs and water in 6-quart pot until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken.
    Strain broth and return to pot.
    Dice chicken (bite-size) and return to broth.
    With broth boiling, add the potatoes; reduce heat until potatoes are cooked. Add the corn and cook for another 7 minutes.
    Garnish bowls with parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
