Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites (save for the top of pie)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked (graham cracker crust is best)
Preparation

Mix together the sugar, flour and salt, then add milk and egg yolks to this mixture.
Constantly stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add margarine, vanilla and coconut; mix well.
Pour into baked pie crust or graham cracker crust.
