Pumpkin Oxtail Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 calabaza squash
    4 large oxtails
    4 cut up potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 onion
    garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dice pumpkin and boil with oxtails 2 hours over medium heat. When broken down, add onion, garlic, diced carrots, diced potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook on low two more hours. Soup should have a consistency of a thick sauce.
