Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, sliced, or 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
16 oz. can tomatoes
Preparation

Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 10 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
