Red Or Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. minced red or green peppers
    1/2 c. minced hot red or green peppers
    7 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. Certo liquid fruit pectin
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in fruit pectin and continue to boil 3 more minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Skim off foam.
    Pour into hot sterile jars.
    Makes about 7 half-pints.
