Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 loaves party rye bread (approximately 40 slices)
Preparation

Fry sausage.
Melt cheese into sausage.
Add onions and seasonings; stir thoroughly.
Spread on party rye.
Place on cookie sheets and freeze 24 hours.
