Chicken With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. chicken cutlets (1/4-inch thick)
    1 bunch spinach
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    all-purpose flour
    light corn oil spread
    1/3 c. red wine
    1/4 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
Preparation
    Slice each chicken cutlet crosswise in half.
    Chop enough spinach to equal 2 tablespoons.
    Reserve remaining to line platter.
    Slice mushrooms into quarters.
