Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. oleo
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    15 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Slice and cook squash until tender; drain well.
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Mix with squash.
    Add crumbled Ritz crackers, eggs, seasonings and cheese.
    Put this into baking dish.
    Mix oleo and cracker crumbs; put over top of squash.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 8.
