Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
flour
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except flour.
Add flour until kneading consistency.
Put on flour board or counter top and continue to knead and add flour until ready to roll.
Roll to thinness desired and let stand 10 minutes.
Flour good and roll.
Slice thin and tenderly shake out.
Let stand 10 minutes then cook in broth for 15 to 20 minutes.
