Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add chocolate and vanilla, blending well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes, after each addition, on medium speed.
Pour into prepared baked 8-inch pie shell and refrigerate.
Cover with whipped cream at time of serving.
