Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
8 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add yolks of eggs to paste.
Add water gradually.
Boil.
Add butter and vanilla. Fill baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
