Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. natural Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. green onions
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt margarine and flour in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add cheese and onions.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
