Mississippi Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. milk
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan over low heat the butter and milk.
    When butter melts, beat in powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
