Pot Roast Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef pot roast
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, cut
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 envelope onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown roast well.
    Transfer to roaster pan, then add vegetables.
    Mix water and soup mix.
    Pour over this.
    Salt and pepper well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
