Bazetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 large diced onions
2 cloves diced garlic
2 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 lb. fine noodles
2 cans tomato soup
6 oz. can mushrooms (do not drain)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Add vegetables and 1 tablespoon water.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add cooked noodles, mushrooms and soup.
Top with cheese.
Cover pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Freezes well.
