Israeli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken or parts
    1 onion
    1 celery
    1 carrot
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper and paprika to taste
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 oranges
Preparation
    Slice onion, celery and carrots and pour juice and wine and spices.
    Marinate chicken for an hour.
    Fry chicken parts in oil lightly.
    Arrange in baking dish and pour marinade mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake for an hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add raisins and bake another 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Put chicken on serving plate. Add reduced sauce and decorate with orange slices.
    Makes 8 servings.
