Orange-Spiced Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
    1 tsp. chilli powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarse grind pepper
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine sugar, cumin, chilli, dry mustard, orange zest, salt and pepper.
    Rub both sides of pork chops with spice mixture.
    In a large skilled heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork chops, cook turning once until golden brown which is about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
    Decorate with orange slices and freshly cut up parsley.
